The main purpose of collecting your personal data is to facilitate and improve the service we provide through this website. We also collect your data in order to manage and respond to requests for information, queries, complaints, and to understand users’ opinions regarding BELROS products and services. In addition, we may use your data to send information of interest about new promotions or products.

Through this website, reports and investigations of incidents described may also be processed, following the principles established in the relevant policy for the dedicated reporting channel, and, where appropriate, measures of protection and/or prevention of retaliation may be adopted.

The legal basis for processing your data in relation to the whistleblowing channel is that established in Article 6.1.c of the GDPR: processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Data Controller and the execution of the requested service contract (Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption).

Finally, BELROS informs that it will adopt in its information systems the technical and organisational measures legally required to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the stored data, thus preventing its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access; taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, and the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, as well as the varying risks of probability and severity associated with each processing activity.
